Once you have made the choice to start benefiting

- Complete a Quote Request Profile, which gathers pertinent
information about your business. Please click below on the
quote request form to send us your information. Once this
form is received it will be evaluated and you will receive
notification back from CBS with a quote.

- If needed, we will assist with obtaining a TIN or Medicare
supplier number. CBS will make certain that the paperwork
is completed properly the first time.
- CbS completes all necessary Medicare agreements and paperwork.
This includes carrier EMC, ERN and CSI agreements as well
as change of billing arrangement notification to NSC.
- The CBS compliance officer will review your paperwork to
ensure complete documentation is being obtained and compliance
with applicable guidelines.
- You focus on growing your business and have the peace of
mind that CBS is handling your receivables in an efficient
and professional manner.
